Description

You will develop and optimize embedded firmware for power electronics systems, including solar inverters, UPS, MPPT controllers, and Li-Ion BMS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop real-time firmware for PWM generation, ADC sampling, interrupts, and timers.
• Build control algorithms for power conversion, charging/discharging, and electrical fault protection.
• Debug and optimize firmware during hardware bring-up and NPI using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG/SWD.
• Support EVT/DVT/PVT phases and optimize firmware for manufacturing calibration and production testing.
• Maintain version control, documentation, and resolve field issues through root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Embedded C and Embedded C++ programming.
• Proven experience in real-time firmware development for microcontroller-based systems.
• Deep understanding of PWM generation, ADC sampling, interrupts, and timers.
• Hands-on experience with firmware testing and debugging tools: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, JTAG/SWD.
• Knowledge of power electronics systems including inverters, UPS, and BMS.
• Experience in prototype development and hardware bring-up.
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis of field issues.
• Proficiency in version control and release management documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with control algorithms for power conversion systems.
• Background in supporting EVT/DVT/PVT lifecycle stages.
