Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement firmware and IoT solutions for embedded applications.
• Develop and maintain embedded software for IoT-enabled devices, including core device functionality and system integration.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and cross-functional teams to integrate firmware with end-to-end IoT solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve firmware and embedded software issues across the full device lifecycle.
• Optimize firmware for performance, reliability, and power efficiency; participate in code reviews and enforce firmware best practices.

Skills Required:

• 9+ years of experience in firmware and IoT development.
• Firmware development and embedded systems experience for connected IoT devices.
• Hands-on C and C++ development for embedded software.
• RTOS and bootloader experience, including firmware bring-up and update flows.
• Debugging and firmware development tool proficiency to diagnose and resolve embedded issues.

Good to Have:

• Device drivers experience and familiarity with embedded networking stacks.
• IoT protocol experience including MQTT, CoAP, BLE, Zigbee, Wi-Fi, and/or LoRaWAN.

Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
