Description

You will maintain, support, and develop firmware for Computing Infrastructure solutions based on Arm Neoverse CSS platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support downstream product quality firmware for Arm Neoverse CSS platform solutions.
• Manage defects, fix bugs, and backport features to support successful deployment of CPU and System IP based infrastructure platforms.
• Coordinate with the release team to manage downstream release updates for customers following post-launch releases.
• Collaborate with a distributed firmware development team to ensure platform stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in firmware development and maintenance.
• Expertise in C programming for embedded systems.
• Strong debugging skills with proven experience developing and maintaining product quality firmware.
• Deep knowledge of bootloaders and device drivers.
• Experience in server firmware development.
• Proficiency with RAS, Hypervisors, CXL, and power management security.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing support and maintenance for production quality firmware in the server segment.
• Experience triaging and resolving reported customer issues.
• Familiarity with Linux Kernel, TF-A, UEFI EDK II, and OpenBMC.
