Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

8+ years of professional experience in mobile application development with strong expertise in Flutter

* Design, develop, test, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.

* Build responsive, intuitive, and high-performance mobile user interfaces.

* Integrate mobile applications with CRM platforms and enterprise systems.

* Develop reusable components, widgets, and application frameworks.

* Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders.

* Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

* Support application releases, upgrades, and production deployments.

Skillset Requirements

Required:

* 8+ years of software development experience with significant mobile application development expertise

* Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart programming language

* Experience consuming REST APIs and integrating external services

* Knowledge of mobile app architecture, state management, and performance optimization

* Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
