Description

You will lead the development and maintenance of high-performance mobile applications using Flutter.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ensure best coding practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate React, .Net, and QA processes.
• Solve complex technical challenges regarding app performance, security, and scalability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage repositories using Git.

Required Skills

• 6-9 years of experience in mobile app development with a focus on Flutter.
• Deep knowledge of mobile architecture.
• Experience as a Technical Lead or Team Lead.
• Proficiency with React and .Net.
• Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of QA processes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers, designers, and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
