Lead front-end delivery using Angular and React, integrating AI-accelerated workflows to ship high-quality, maintainable UI components in an enterprise environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end front-end features from discovery to production, ensuring performance tuning and operational readiness.
• Build maintainable UI code using modern Angular patterns, component-driven design, and strict TypeScript discipline.
• Use AI coding assistants for pair-programming, refactoring, and test generation to increase throughput and quality while maintaining engineering judgment.
• Lead core platform development in Angular and contribute to React-based micro-frontends or incremental migrations.
• Partner with architects and cross-functional teams to implement scalable patterns, manage shared libraries, and drive code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of front-end engineering experience delivering modern applications in enterprise settings.
• Deep expertise in Angular (routing, DI, RxJS, state patterns) and strong proficiency in React (Hooks, component patterns).
• Strong TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS/Tailwind skills with a focus on component design and maintainability.
• Proven ability to use AI tools in day-to-day engineering for feature development, refactors, and documentation.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and performance profiling.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems, manage risks, and drive outcomes independently.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical decisions and trade-offs to diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GraphQL (Apollo Client) or strong API integration practices.
• Exposure to micro-frontend architecture, module federation, or monorepo tools (e.g., Nx).
• Business acumen in financial services contexts, focusing on correctness and auditability.
