Lead the front-end execution of a customer portal reskinning initiative, translating finalized Figma designs into production-ready React components.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate finalized Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect UI components within the existing application.
• Own front-end delivery of the portal reskin, operating independently with minimal oversight.
• Build and maintain reusable components using React, ensuring UI consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with UX, backend, and product teams to ensure technical feasibility and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and help establish front-end standards for accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of front-end development experience, with strong hands-on React expertise.
• Deep knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, including modern styling practices.
• Experience building reusable components and design systems in enterprise or customer-facing apps.
• Ability to work independently and propose technical approaches to senior stakeholders.
• Experience translating designs from Figma or similar tools into code.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UI libraries such as Material UI or Clay UI (Liferay).
• Exposure to API integrations and Agile environment experience.
• Background in portal reskinning or modernization efforts.
