Description

You will own the development and maintenance of web components within a custom design system to drive internal framework adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop new web components and enhancements for the design system team.
• Resolve high-priority defects to ensure application stability and performance.
• Conduct code reviews and testing of pull requests to maintain quality standards.
• Manage and resolve support tickets from end-users to facilitate framework integration.
• Participate in team stand-ups to align on goals and address technical impediments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Senior UI Engineer.
• Extensive experience with Stencil.js for designing, developing, and testing web components.
• Proficiency in at least one major framework: React, Angular, or .Net.
• Experience with Java Spring, Java Struts, Bootstrap, SharePoint, Salesforce, Pega, PowerApps, or ServiceNow.
• Deep expertise in maintaining design systems using Stencil and Storybook.
• Advanced knowledge of CSS and SCSS for writing responsive, maintainable styles.
• Practical experience with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing high-level end-user support and navigating complex integration challenges.
• Ability to support integration across diverse frontend frameworks beyond core expertise.
