You will lead front-end development and UX implementation for multiple complex products.

Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts on multiple products of moderate size and complexity simultaneously.
• Translate user research-based designs into usable components and interfaces.
• Develop reusable components using design standards to create intuitive, device-agnostic web products.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders to recommend technical solutions for usability and accessibility.
• Research emerging front-end trends and best practices to integrate into the product lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in front-end development.
• Proficiency in industry-standard front-end coding languages.
• Experience with modern cloud-based technologies.
• Expertise in front-end frameworks and design systems.
• Deep understanding of web accessibility standards.
• Experience building device-agnostic web-based products.
• Ability to maintain coding, design, and navigation standards.
• Degree in any field.
