Description

You will build and maintain secure, scalable, and responsive consumer-facing web applications for the Next Gen Consumer Applications Suite.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable consumer applications for desktop and mobile.
• Build customer-facing products focused on usability, performance, and accessibility.
• Implement responsive Single Page Applications (SPA) adhering to WCAG 2.0 AA standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and architects in an agile environment.
• Build and consume RESTful web services with JSON.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience designing and developing secure consumer-facing web applications.
• Advanced expertise in JavaScript, React, and functional programming.
• Expert-level knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive web design, and WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility standards.
• 3+ years of experience building production applications with Node.js.
• 2+ years of experience with React/Redux, Angular.js, Ember, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Proficiency in Linux environments and container technologies like Docker.
• Experience with Git/GitHub, browser developer tools, and unit testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, Chai, or Jasmine.
• Knowledge of logging tools (Splunk, ELK) and distributed caching (Redis).

Preferred Skills

• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Experience with TDD, CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and relational or NoSQL databases.
