Good to Have Skills: React Query or similar API integration libraries, mobile app development experience with Capacitor, Cordova, or React Native, Docker, AWS, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with domain modeling, design patterns, and AI-assisted development tools like Claude and Codex.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build and evolve high-performance, responsive Progressive Web Applications with offline-first capabilities and real-time updates.
• Own features end-to-end from ideation and design review to implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Design abstractions and architect scalable front-end solutions that survive real-world complexity and large codebases.
• Navigate and improve legacy systems while maintaining balance between performance, maintainability, and developer experience.
• Mentor engineers and lead by example while advocating for clean code and disciplined engineering practices.
• Embrace AI-assisted development using modern tools to increase productivity and focus on high-impact problem solving.
• Deliver experiences that work flawlessly across devices, even in low-connectivity environments with complex state management.

Experience Required: 8+ years building scalable, user-facing software with 4+ years of deep experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and React. Strong architectural thinking, automated testing experience, and clear professional written communication skills required
