Description

You will lead the architecture and delivery of high-performance web applications using React and TypeScript. You own front-end standards, component libraries, and performance optimization while collaborating with product and backend teams.

AI-assisted engineering tool proficiency (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalent) is a hard requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complex user-facing web applications in React + TypeScript.
• Establish engineering standards for component architecture, state management, routing, and testing.
• Implement responsive layouts, theming at scale, and cross-browser compatibility on EXDS UI.
• Drive Core Web Vitals optimization, bundle splitting, SSR/CSR rendering, and runtime observability.
• Ensure WCAG/ARIA compliance, keyboard navigation, and screen reader accessibility.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Expert proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Strong command of JavaScript and modern ES6+ features.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.).
• Deep understanding of state management, routing, and component lifecycle.
• Proven track record of optimizing Core Web Vitals and bundle sizes.
• Experience implementing WCAG/ARIA accessibility standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with EXDS UI or similar enterprise design systems.
• Knowledge of SSR frameworks and advanced caching strategies.
