Description

Lead development of the Workflows App frontend and its backend engine system.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the frontend interface and backend engine system.
• Implement new features while maintaining existing functionality.
• Design, plan, and execute the team roadmap focusing on scale, quality, and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and UI/UX teams to meet business requirements.
• Communicate and deliver tasks to stakeholders outside the immediate team.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience in frontend or backend roles.
• Strong command of Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Backend experience using Node.js.
• Knowledge of modern databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Elastic, or Mongo.
• Proficiency with UI/UX principles.
• Experience with AWS.
• Ability to deliver quick, functional code solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and business communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with event-driven architecture, Apache-beam, Google Dataflows, or AWS Kinesis.
• Java development and Kafka queue experience.
