Description

You will build and enhance user-facing web experiences for experimentation programs.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategist concepts into functional, testable web experiences.
• Own end-to-end A/B test configurations in Optimizely, including build, metrics definition, audience selection, and QA.
• Contribute to enhancements of the DoorDash web widget product, proposing feature improvements.
• Update widget code to create targeted experiences using session-based logic (e.g., returning vs. new, geo-based targeting).
• Communicate technical insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders when necessary.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of web development experience.
• Strong proficiency in CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and platforms like Optimizely.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience implementing targeting based on dataLayer, session storage, or local storage.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
