You will establish front-end technical standards and lead architecture decisions across engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Audit production systems to identify technical debt and architectural gaps.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Lead architecture decisions for complex front-end initiatives.
• Drive adoption of reusable components and design patterns.
• Collaborate with product and design stakeholders on UX feasibility.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with TypeScript for type-safe application development.
• Familiarity with Node.js for full-stack context or tooling.
• Knowledge of AWS services relevant to front-end deployment.
• Proven experience with front-end architecture and web performance optimization.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and implementation.
