Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Frontend Development.

• Strong expertise in React 19, Vite, and TypeScript.

• Hands-on experience building Progressive Web Applications (PWA).

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, responsive design, and ERST APIs.

• Experience with frontend architecture, reusable components, state management, and

performance optimization.

• Strong experience with Git, branching strategies, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.

• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud environments.

• Experience using GitHub Copilot / Agentic AI in development.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Domain Knowledge – Commercial Analytics Knowledge : Understanding of a centralized

data foundation for Global Sell-Out (SO), Point-of-Sale (POS), and syndicated market

data, integrating data from external providers such as IQVIA, Circana, and other strategic

sources across markets. Familiarity with market performance, growth, competitive

intelligence, and market-share insights.

Good to Have

• React Native experience.

• Experience with Design Systems, Component Libraries, or Micro-frontends.

• Experience building data-heavy applications and dashboards.

• Exposure to Data Science / AI applications.

• CPG/FMCG or Consumer Health domain experience is preferred but not mandatory
