Description

You will design and develop scalable frontend solutions, lead CMS implementation, and mentor junior engineers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable frontend architectures using React and Next.js.
• Lead CMS implementations, including data migration, content structures, and approval workflows.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver user-centric interfaces.
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability through optimization.
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Proven experience with CMS implementations and user workflows.
• Strong experience with REST APIs; GraphQL is a plus.
• Experience with Headless CMS (Payload CMS is a plus).
• Solid understanding of UI/UX and frontend performance optimization.
• Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, CI/CD, Terraform, and event-driven systems.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and system design skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Payload CMS.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
