Description

Lead development of responsive, mobile-first interfaces for e-commerce and media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain complex frontend applications using React, Next.js, and Remix.
• Implement scalable UI components and contribute to shared design system libraries.
• Own frontend codebase improvements for organization, performance, and maintainability.
• Optimize site speed, accessibility, and SEO using SSR, lazy loading, and Core Web Vitals.
• Conduct technical reviews, pair programming, and mentorship to grow engineering capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience building frontend applications at scale.
• Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with SSR frameworks including Next.js and Remix.
• Deep understanding of mobile UX, browser performance, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience creating animated storytelling experiences using p5.js, Three.js, D3.js, WebGL, or Canvas APIs.
• Ability to deliver working prototypes and translate creative briefs into technical solutions.
• Proven track record of building interactive, highly engaging user experiences.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AI/ML APIs such as OpenAI.
