Lead frontend architecture and development for scalable feature experimentation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with frontend pods to develop, test, and support feature experiences.
• Guide technical scalability and strategic direction across teams.
• Own incident response, on-call duties, and lead Root Cause Analysis.
• Contribute to technical architecture for future system enhancements.
• Mentor team members on investigation techniques and architectural standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Expert proficiency in React and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and web application development.
• Strong command of HTML and CSS.
• Proven problem-solving skills in complex scenarios.
• Experience leading technical direction and architectural decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Next.js.
