Senior Frontend Engineer

You will lead the development and maintenance of a web component-based design system.

Responsibilities

• Develop new web components and enhancements to meet design system milestones.
• Resolve high-priority defects to ensure application stability and performance.
• Conduct code reviews and testing of pull requests to maintain quality.
• Address end-user support tickets to facilitate framework integration.
• Participate in agile stand-ups to align on goals and address impediments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Senior UI Engineer.
• Extensive experience with React, Angular, .Net, Java Spring, Java Struts, Bootstrap, or SharePoint.
• Demonstrated ability in designing, developing, and testing frontend web components.
• Hands-on experience with Stencil.js.
• Expertise in developing and maintaining design systems using Storybook.
• Profound knowledge of CSS and SCSS for responsive web components.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration.
• Ability to mentor others in frontend technologies and web component best practices.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

Preferred Skills

• Master's or Doctorate degree.
