You will drive the transition from system-centric architecture to customer-centric solutions using shared, reusable components and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design front-end architecture and create strategic roadmaps and guidelines.
• Coach multiple teams to build solutions aligned with the target technical image.
• Lead technology selection and design plans to manage technical debt.
• Define interactions between web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Facilitate alignment between developers, architects, UX, and product stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Frontend Lead.
• Expertise in React and TypeScript.
• Experience with Microfrontend architectures and component-based architecture.
• Proficiency with GraphQL.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience with design systems and accessibility adaptation.
• Ability to manage low-code platforms.
• Experience presenting technical concepts to diverse stakeholder groups.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CMS changes and DAM.
• Background in app development and analyzing front-end performance, availability, and reliability.
• Industry experience in banking and finance.
