Description
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology and digital roles in Hyderabad.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and design proactive recruiting strategies.
- Build diverse talent pipelines through online databases, networking, universities, and referrals.
- Manage the full candidate journey, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating logistics.
- Negotiate and present employment offers to successful candidates.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time to hire, source effectiveness, and candidate satisfaction.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment within technology and digital sectors.
- Proficiency with Lever (ATS) or similar recruitment software.
- Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates for niche, hard-to-fill positions.
- Experience conducting structured, competency-based, and technical screens.
- Proficiency with Office 365, Google Workspace, and Jira.
- Expertise in sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and employment law compliance.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to work the 6:30 pm to 2:30 am IST shift.

- Prior experience in a digital-first agency or consultancy environment.
