Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology and digital roles in Hyderabad.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and design proactive recruiting strategies.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through online databases, networking, universities, and referrals.
• Manage the full candidate journey, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating logistics.
• Negotiate and present employment offers to successful candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time to hire, source effectiveness, and candidate satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment within technology and digital sectors.
• Proficiency with Lever (ATS) or similar recruitment software.
• Proven success sourcing and engaging passive candidates for niche, hard-to-fill positions.
• Experience conducting structured, competency-based, and technical screens.
• Proficiency with Office 365, Google Workspace, and Jira.
• Expertise in sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and employment law compliance.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work the 6:30 pm to 2:30 am IST shift.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in a digital-first agency or consultancy environment.
• Experience collaborating across global teams.
