Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade Agentic AI applications and workflow automation solutions.
• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React, TypeScript, shadcn/ui, and Motion.
• Build scalable backend services, APIs, AI agents, and orchestration layers using Python, FastAPI, FastMCP, and PydanticAI.
• Design and implement multi-agent systems, MCP integrations, tool-calling frameworks, and workflow orchestration patterns.
• Assess existing applications and codebases, identify design gaps, technical debt, performance issues, and modernization opportunities.
• Collaborate with architects and technical leads to define scalable AI solution architectures and implementation roadmaps.
• Investigate AI agent traces, execution logs, and workflow telemetry to diagnose issues and improve system performance.
• Define and implement AI evaluation frameworks covering:

• Optimize prompts, workflows, retrieval strategies, and agent interactions to improve business outcomes.
• Build reusable AI engineering frameworks, components, templates, and accelerators.
• Develop production-ready APIs, services, and integrations using modern software engineering practices.
• Work closely with product teams, Coke AI Architects, and senior AI leaders to deliver business value through AI solutions.
• Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of production AI applications hosted in Azure.

Required Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack development expertise.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building AI, Generative AI, or Agentic AI applications.
• 3+ years of experience & strong proficiency in Python and modern backend engineering practices.
• 3+ years of experience & strong proficiency in TypeScript and React-based frontend development.
• 2+ years of experience designing and implementing AI agents, agent orchestration, and workflow automation solutions.
• Experience evaluating and improving AI system performance through analysis of traces, logs, and workflow outputs.
• Strong understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, prompting techniques, context management, and AI application patterns.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining APIs and microservices using FastAPI.
• Experience working with MCP-based integrations, agent frameworks, or similar AI orchestration technologies.
• Experience designing production-quality software with testing, code reviews, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability practices.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills with the ability to assess existing systems and rapidly identify improvement opportunities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
