Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications while supporting daily operations and platform escalations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable applications using NodeJS, NestJS, and TypeScript.
• Manage MongoDB schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity.
• Integrate AWS web services including API Gateway, Lambda, and ECS/EKS into applications.
• Write clean, maintainable code, conduct unit testing, and debug production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis to ensure service delivery quality and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in NodeJS with asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with NestJS, ExpressJS, or similar frameworks for building RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases.
• Technical knowledge of AWS services: API Gateway, Route 53, ECS/EKS, ECR, CloudWatch, SNS/SQS, Lambda, and S3.
• Proficiency in testing frameworks like Jest and adherence to Agile best practices.
• Understanding of security best practices to protect devices and data.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Developer Certification.
• Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with notification services (SMTP, SMS gateways, FCM, or APNs).
