Description

You will own the full application lifecycle, including development, deployment, and infrastructure management for cloud-native applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale cloud-native applications supporting insurance and accounting workflows.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and relational database solutions.
• Manage infrastructure and deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
• Develop and optimize ETL and data processing pipelines.
• Participate in system architecture discussions and collaborate on enterprise integrations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience building distributed systems and cloud-based applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript (5+ years preferred).
• Deep expertise in AWS cloud architecture and serverless technologies.
• Proficiency in Python and modern backend development practices.
• Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL) and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools.
• Experience working within CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Experience integrating on-premise and cloud-based systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on financial, accounting, or insurance platforms.
• Familiarity with data visualization applications/platforms.
• Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse technologies.
