Description

• Architecture Design: Lead the end-to-end architectural design of scalable web applications, ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability across the entire technology stack.
• Full-Stack Development: Write clean, efficient, and testable code for both front-end user interfaces and back-end server-side logic while integrating complex database systems seamlessly.
• Technical Mentorship: Act as a mentor to junior developers, providing code reviews, technical guidance, and fostering best practices in software development methodologies within the team.
• System Optimization: Regularly analyze existing system bottlenecks and implement effective performance tuning strategies to improve response times and user experience across all platforms.
• Collaborative Workflow: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional technical specifications and innovative product features

 Requirements

• Experience Level: Candidates must possess a minimum of 9 to 12 years of hands-on professional experience in full-stack web development within enterprise environments.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level command of modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue, combined with deep knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Database Expertise: Extensive experience in designing and managing both relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis to support complex data structures.
• DevOps Knowledge: Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), CI/CD pipelines, containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and automated testing frameworks.
• Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proven history of debugging high-stakes production issues and delivering high-quality software solutions on tight schedules.
