Description

You will build and maintain efficient software using Java, C#, Python, .Net, and Spring Boot within a microservices architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and serverless patterns to optimize for reliability and cost.
• Migrate on-prem and internal PaaS applications to AWS.
• Implement architecture patterns and design industry-standard APIs with established connectivity protocols.
• Drive software craftsmanship through TDD, BDD, and automated unit and integration testing.
• Monitor performance metrics and trends to drive system efficiency and cost optimizations.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Java and full-stack development.
• Core Java, TypeScript, and Spring Boot.
• Microservices and RESTful API design.
• AWS expertise including Lambda, Code Pipeline, API Gateway, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, ECS, EKS, S3, SQS/SNS, SageMaker, and Athena.
• Containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Circle CI.
• Testing methodologies including TDD, BDD, and tools like Mockito, Wire Mock, Postman, REST Assured, or Cypress.
• Version control using GitHub or GitLab.
• Experience with relational and object databases and PostgreSQL.
• Scripting and command-line proficiency via AWS CLI.
• Software development lifecycle tools including SonarQube and JUnit.

Preferred Skills

• Quarkus, GraalVM, and Java 17.
• Openshift (PaaS) and Podman.
