Description

You will design, build, and maintain software applications for the Early Childhood Integrated Data System (ECIDS) project.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements to create technical design documents, process flows, and data models.
• Write code adhering to industry standards, best practices, and customer requirements.
• Execute testing to verify that software matches functional requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation including environment diagrams, test plans, and project plans.
• Collaborate with the project team on sprint tasks, architecture discussions, effort estimation, and defect resolution.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience creating ETL processes and aggregating large data sets between systems.
• 15+ years of experience with SQL Server or Oracle stored procedures, PL/SQL, Dynamic SQL, and exception handling.
• 10+ years of experience with object-oriented frameworks such as .NET Core or Java.
• 10+ years of experience with XML, JSON, API Testing, JavaScript, and JQuery.
• 10+ years of experience in mid-to-large sized, complex enterprise-level SDLC.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerBI and PowerApps.
• Experience with Jira, Tempo, BitBucket, or Confluence.
• Experience working within Scrum/Agile methodologies.
