Description

Lead technical delivery and mentor a team of 5-6 engineers while maintaining hands-on contributions to the full stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage a distributed onsite/offshore team of 5-6 developers.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack.
• Mentor team members to ensure code quality and technical standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver features independently.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with React JS, Node JS, and MongoDB.
• 4+ years of backend development using Node.js, MongoDB, and Strapi.
• 4+ years of AWS experience, specifically with Fargate ECS, S3, EC2, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, and IAM.
• 3+ years of experience with GitLab and Jenkins.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead small teams.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins.
