Lead a technical Scrum team to deliver IT solutions for Investment Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical Scrum team through the full development lifecycle.
• Design and develop full-stack solutions using Python, SQL, and Data Warehouse technologies.
• Provide technical direction, architectural guidance, and coaching to team members.
• Own the coding, testing, debugging, and maintenance of system components.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of IT experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Data Warehousing.
• Proven leadership experience in Agile environments.
• Experience with Cloud platforms, specifically Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD and full-stack development.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Angular, Kafka, or DevSecOps.
