You will build, maintain, and improve complex software solutions and public-facing services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, producing diagrams and documentation.
• Develop detailed solution designs and implement features based on requirements.
• Resolve functional and non-functional defects to ensure application stability.
• Improve solution code quality, maintainability, and documentation.
• Advise product owners on technical implementation options and effort estimation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficiency with Git for collaborative source control.
• Experience with modern frontend JavaScript frameworks.
• Backend development using C# .NET Core, Node.js, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with relational and alternative database technologies.
• Proven track record with automated unit and integration testing.
• Direct experience maintaining production applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Experience incrementally transforming legacy systems into modern digital services.
• Knowledge of design patterns, software architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
