Key Responsibilities

• Participate in project discovery, user research, and technical analysis.
• Contribute to field research and user interviews.
• Lead technical discovery activities and create supporting diagrams and technical documentation.
• Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions.
• Create detailed technical and solution designs based on business and user requirements.
• Develop new features and functionality for digital government services.
• Identify and resolve functional and non-functional defects.
• Improve code quality, development tooling, maintainability, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with frontend designers to ensure consistent user experience and interface design.
• Advise product owners on technical feasibility, implementation approaches, and delivery options.
• Support application deployment, launch, production readiness, and ongoing enhancements.
• Build reusable components and shared technical capabilities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, delivery, and retrospectives.
• Support onboarding of new technical team members.
• Maintain technical documentation and improve development and quality practices.
• Work across approximately 2–3 projects depending on business priorities
