Description

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript

• 5-7 years of total full-stack development experience in building production-grade applications

• Backend expertise in .NET Core; experience with MSSQL or similar relational databases

• Cloud platforms - proven experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (infrastructure, deployment,

scaling)

• Database design - solid understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases

• Version control - proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Skills:

• Frontend Performance: Experience optimizing React js applications for enterprise-scale

performance (bundle size, rendering, lazy loading)

• State Management: Proficiency with Redux, Zustand, or Context API at scale

• Testing: Strong background in unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library) and E2E testing (Cypress,

Playwright)

• Microservices Architecture: Understanding of service-oriented design and API integration

Patterns

DevOps Basics: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

• Accessibility & UX: Knowledge of WCAG compliance and responsive design principles

• Mentoring Experience: Track record of onboarding and guiding junior developers

• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Scrum/Kanban environments

• System Design: Ability to architect solutions at component and application level

• Security Practices: Understanding of OWASP, authentication, authorization, and secure coding
