Description

Design and develop scalable microservices and backend applications for real-time data processing. You will own the full development lifecycle, from low-level design and coding to unit testing and release.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-performance microservices and data processing systems using Java or Python.
• Design, code, and unit test REST/SOAP microservices and API-centric applications.
• Scrape, parse, and store data from diverse web sources into structured storage.
• Evaluate and integrate new frameworks to improve product quality and engineering efficiency.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience developing API-centric core Java/J2EE applications.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring ORM, and JPA.
• Strong experience implementing REST APIs, XML, and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data processing tasks.
• Expertise in OOPs concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with RDBMS, NoSQL, and MongoDB, including complex SQL queries, joins, and indexing.
• Knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud platforms and practical Linux/Windows system administration.
• Experience with Git, SVN, and JUnit.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with finger imaging, biometric, or image processing projects.
