Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for complex business problems while leading technical design discussions and architectural decisions for major features.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design discussions and architectural decisions for major features.
• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high code quality standards.
• Collaborate with product managers to refine requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Identify and resolve technical debt and system bottlenecks.
• Mentor junior developers through guidance, training, and code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one OOP language: C#.NET, Java, or C++.
• Proficiency in at least one JavaScript framework: React.js, Next.js, or Angular.
• Experience with SQL Server, Postgres, and Redis.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Background in microservices, event-driven architecture, and test-driven development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices, DevOps culture, and agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent certification.
