Description

You will own end-to-end development and technical leadership for full stack applications, bridging technical requirements with business needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts using Angular and Spring Boot.
• Act as a functional analyst to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and regular project updates.
• Oversee RDBMS design and ensure data integrity across applications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Angular for frontend development.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot for building backend services.
• Hands-on expertise with RDBMS design and management.
• Experience in functional analysis and requirement gathering.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and communication.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a technical environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
