Description

Lead development teams and manage delivery within regulated FinTech environments. Own server-side architecture, real-time data pipelines, and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers and coordinate deliverables with business customers and IT management.
• Develop server-side applications on the JVM using modern Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain real-time data processing pipelines using Kafka.
• Manage version control workflows and continuous integration pipelines in agile SCRUM cycles.
• Coordinate across multiple developer teams to ensure system reliability and performance.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of IT experience, preferably in FinTech or regulated sectors.
• Expertise in Java 8 and specifically Java 17.
• Deep experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Extensive server-side development experience on the JVM.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar real-time data processing frameworks.
• Proficiency with Git version control and associated workflows.
• Experience with CI tools such as TeamCity or Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Equity Derivatives products and systems.
• Knowledge of public cloud infrastructure including GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Python development and scripting skills.
