Description

Design and deploy scalable Java backend services and responsive React frontends for financial operations, leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining strict quality and security standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-volume financial services using Java, Spring Boot, and SQL Server.
• Develop intuitive user interfaces with TypeScript and React, focusing on finance and operations workflows.
• Utilize agentic AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor to accelerate feature delivery, critically reviewing and refining all generated code.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and manage database performance tuning, indexing, and stored procedures.
• Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience with advanced proficiency in Java and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Security, Data).
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and React, including state management and component design.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, REST API design, and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or Playwright.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services, private equity, or fund administration, including familiarity with Sage Intacct.
• Exposure to agentic workflow frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting and automation.
