Description

You will develop, enhance, and maintain applications for Independent Price Verification in the Global Markets sector. You design object-oriented software solutions using Python and grid computing. You build data transfer tools to replicate data from no-sql datastores to Oracle (Exadata) databases. You create RESTful web services and design interfaces between UI and backend services. You develop data-grid centric UI components using Angular to ensure seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement object-oriented software solutions utilizing Python.
• Create data transfer tools to replicate data from no-sql datastores to Oracle (Exadata) databases.
• Build RESTful web services and design interfaces between UI and backend services.
• Develop data-grid centric UI components using the Angular framework.
• Maintain and enhance applications for Independent Price Verification processes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience designing and developing in an object-oriented environment (Python, Java, C++, or C#).
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Python development.
• Extensive experience with SQL database design, tuning, and query optimization.
• Familiarity with Angular (version 15.x or later).
• Experience with REST API development.
• Proficiency with git and npm.
• Experience with grid computing and high data volume processing.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle (Exadata) databases.
• Background in the Global Markets sector.
