Description

You will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC solutions for enterprise risk management and compliance. You will configure applications, workflows, forms, and business rules while managing platform security and ACLs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST APIs, and data import mechanisms.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, dashboards, reports, and portal components.
• Manage user roles, groups, ACLs, and update sets to ensure platform security.
• Participate in Agile development, including sprint planning, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Create technical documentation and troubleshoot application issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow Application Development experience.
• 3+ years as a Certified ServiceNow Application Developer.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC development, including workflow configuration and UI customization.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and REST API integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
