Description

You will serve as the technical lead for the software engineering team, driving architectural decisions and contributing directly to the codebase.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define technical strategy and guide design decisions for complex system requirements.
• Mentor developers through code reviews and security best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Architects to build new systems.
• Implement automated and functional tests to ensure application quality and scalability.
• Contribute to code, documentation, and testing processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in .NET with C#.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud environments.
• Experience with C++ and Object Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Infrastructure management using Terraform.
• Version control using Git/GitHub.
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
