Description

You will develop and maintain modern applications within the ServiceNow ecosystem, focusing on request management and lab equipment modules.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage request management systems for lab materials, including order submission and fulfillment tracking.
• Develop equipment repair processes and integrate instrument master data from AWS via MuleSoft.
• Configure Zing engine for full-text search and manage large-scale item imports.
• Design forms, workflows, and email notification configurations.
• Implement incoming and outgoing system integrations using APIs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience, including work within Industrial or Healthcare & Life Sciences sectors.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Studio and a deep understanding of the ServiceNow data model and table structures.
• Experience using ServiceNow Glide API for server-side scripting.
• Ability to create and manage ServiceNow workflows and business rules.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow UI Builder for custom user interfaces.
• Strong technical skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience integrating external data into ServiceNow using APIs and file transfers.
• Proven experience developing integration capabilities using REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of MuleSoft and API middleware layers.
