Description

Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications for conversational AI interfaces.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable Python backend systems for public-facing AI chatbots.
• Integrate and manage LLMs, including prompt design, context management, RAG, AI agents, and function calling.
• Ensure chatbot reliability and safety via moderation, guardrails, and abuse prevention.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for production support and issue resolution.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and infrastructure decisions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience building and scaling production-grade JavaScript and Python applications.
• Strong experience with JavaScript front-end development using modern frameworks like React or Vue.
• Deep expertise building and maintaining production-grade Python applications, including API design and asynchronous programming.
• Hands-on experience deploying and integrating AI/LLMs in production.
• Solid understanding of LLM concepts: prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, and context management.
• Experience with DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
