To drive innovation in banking by developing scalable AI-powered applications and GenAI solutions by integrating advanced analytics, conversational Artificial Intelligence (AI), and cloud-native architectures to enhance digital journeys and core banking processes, collaborating across teams to build secure, modular systems using modern frameworks and DevOps practices and design robust data pipelines and governance frameworks, ensuring performance, scalability, and strategic impact across enterprise platforms

Minimum Experience

At least 6+ years in software development, with strong expertise in building scalable, secure web applications using micro services, REST APIs, and modern frameworks (FastAPI, React.js)

Hands-on experience with GenAI engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows, and cloud-native deployments (Azure/AWS)

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field required

Master is a preferred

Knowledge and Skills

Software Development

• Full-stack development for AI/ML and GenAI applications
• Backend: FastAPI, Flask, Node.js
• Frontend: React.js, Angular, Vue.js
• REST API development and micro services architecture
• Integration of GenAI models into enterprise platforms
• Strong in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and cloud-native tools
• Experience with RAG and agentic workflows

Data Processing

• Scalable data pipelines and preprocessing workflows
• Handling large, complex datasets efficiently
• Data governance and transformation best practices

Cloud Engineering

Azure and AWS services (storage, compute, serverless)

Deploying Azure OpenAI and foundation models

Familiar with cloud infrastructure (e.g., ACR, resource groups)
