Description

You will build scalable audience segmentation and activation systems, owning the full stack from React UIs to backend APIs and data pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop React-based audience builder UIs using Next.js and TypeScript for segmentation, preview, and activation workflows.
• Build scalable REST APIs and middleware in Python or Node.js to orchestrate audience creation, validation, and activation.
• Integrate with Databricks, Delta Lake, ClickHouse, Redis, and Kafka/Azure Event Hubs for data processing, querying, caching, and streaming.
• Deploy and manage microservices on Kubernetes (AKS) using CI/CD best practices, ensuring low-latency and reliable performance.
• Enable audience preview capabilities and support activation into downstream campaign and engagement platforms.

Required Skills

• Frontend: React, TypeScript, Next.js (5+ years experience).
• Backend: Python or Node.js with strong REST API and middleware design skills.
• Data: Strong SQL proficiency; experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, and ClickHouse.
• Streaming & Caching: Kafka or Azure Event Hubs, Redis.
• Cloud & DevOps: Kubernetes (AKS), microservices architecture, CI/CD.
• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Ability to design scalable, data-intensive, real-time systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) or marketing tech systems.
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven product features such as recommendation or segmentation engines.
