Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and backend services.
• Build production-grade APIs and business services using Python/FastAPI and Java.
• Develop and enhance React-based user interfaces.
• Design and manage database models using PostgreSQL and caching solutions using Redis.
• Implement integrations and support high-throughput financial transaction workflows.
• Own end-to-end feature development from design to deployment and production support.
• Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Deploy and manage applications in GCP using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver solutions.
• Implement logging, monitoring, tracing, and observability best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability.

Experience:

• 3-6 years of experience in Full Stack or Backend Software Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, and Java.
• Experience building REST APIs and scalable backend applications.
• Good knowledge of React and modern frontend development practices.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Kafka, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
