Description

You will own one core product vertical end-to-end, covering architecture, development, delivery, and maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable full-stack solutions using React/TypeScript for frontend and Python (FastAPI/Django) for backend.
• Integrate AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic) and voice technologies (STT/TTS).
• Design cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure, manage databases, and architect scalable systems.
• Define and enforce engineering best practices including CI/CD, testing, and code reviews.
• Develop APIs and real-time features using WebSockets and Server-Sent Events.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling production software (0→1 and 1→10).
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Python (FastAPI preferred).
• Experience architecting SaaS platforms serving thousands of users.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Hands-on expertise in AWS/Azure, including deployments and security.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineers.
• Ability to make pragmatic, high-quality technical decisions under startup constraints.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with voice technologies (STT/TTS) and AI service integration.
