Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications supporting insurance and risk-management platforms.
• Translate business and product specifications into technical designs using Spec-Driven Development methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Underwriters, and Insurance SMEs to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop customer-facing portals, policy administration systems, quoting engines, booking integrations, and insurance workflows.
• Build and consume APIs connecting insurance carriers, third-party service providers, payment gateways, booking platforms, and underwriting systems.
• Participate in architectural discussions and ensure alignment between specifications, technical implementation, and business objectives.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, automated testing, security, and compliance.
• Support Agile product development cycles and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop reusable components, services, and integrations that accelerate future product development.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
• Strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks:
• React.js
• Angular (preferred)
• TypeScript
• JavaScript
• HTML5/CSS3
• Strong backend development experience with one or more:
• .NET Core / C#
• Node.js
• Java
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Database experience with:
• SQL Server
• PostgreSQL
• MySQL
• NoSQL databases (preferred)
• Experience with cloud environments:
• AWS
• Azure
• GCP
• CI/CD pipeline experience and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
