Description

You will rebuild legacy user interfaces into modern Angular applications and develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild legacy user interfaces into modern Angular applications using reverse-engineered artifacts.
• Develop and enhance backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs aligned with OpenAPI standards.
• Work extensively with Oracle databases, including complex queries and legacy schemas.
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest and Playwright.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in modern Angular frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise with Java and Spring Boot.
• Mandatory experience with Oracle SQL and legacy data models.
• Experience in application modernization or platform migration initiatives.
• Solid understanding of REST API design and OpenAPI specifications.
• Ability to work independently in a senior engineering capacity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services.
